Psychometric Properties of The Persian Version of Job Design and Work Context Questionnaires Among Employees of the Textile Industry in Qom City

Background & Aims of the Study: Today, process humanizing jobs so that characteristics and working conditions are compatible with psychological employees, has been considered. Content work job design is one significant concepts in ergonomics, which impacts science its analysis. The present study was designed to evaluate reliability validity questionnaires context then analyze their relationship musculoskeletal disorders among employees textile industry Qom 2019. Materials Methods: This a cross-sectional analytical study. target population included Qom, whom 252 people were using stratified sampling. tools used this four questionnaires: demographic, design, context, body map questionnaires. In order test simultaneous correlation variables study, multivariate analysis modeling technique structural equations used, during fit measurement model structures confirmed by examining factor loads, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, composite reliability, calculating Average Extracted Variance (AVE) convergence Fornell-Larcker models.
